Indicator Product Access
Our indicator products are currently delivered by Internet access only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed and complete within 15-30 minutes but could take as long as 8 hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our indicator products.
Access to our indicator products is closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and available to assist you accessing indicator products we will not tolerate indicator access abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our indicator products .
Apparel & Accessories
All apparel and accessories are typically shipped in 24-36 hours. Once your items have shipped you will receive a shipping conformation email with tracking ID.
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have accessed our products are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase.
We only allow up to one 7-day paid trials before we have to refer customers to purchase the indicators. You are allowed to test as many indicators as you would like within this 7 day time period. We do not allow refunds on trials.
